The Most beautiful Jim Jarmusch movie from 2013 was accompanied by the most beautiful soundtrack, composed and played by the master himself, accompanied by Van Wissem and released only in 2014. The album consists of 2 parts for the the two places: Detroit and Tanger. As if the movie was directed to illustrate the music, the atmospheric, dark psychedelia.
Pixies – Indie Cindy
Classic and true as always, great and catchy, but fortunately without being stadium rock. They keep it indie!
September Girls – Cursing The Sea
Swans – To be Kind
Eery, mean and vigorous, the opposite of how to be kind, as the artwork would temp to say, music to make children cry! Plus orchestral arrangements. Best to be listened loud or / and live!
Timber Timbre – Hot Dreams
Retrospective and mystical south states atmosphere, sweltry and very sexy. The velvetiest vocals since Tindersticks and Nick Cave!
Thurston Moore – The Best Day
Time travelling back with Thurston Moore to the best days in 1990 is fun and sounds great!

The collaborative pieces on Lost were already brilliant. But the rework brings extra dark shine to them!
